New for the 2026/27 season. Exclusively catered by BuildMySkiTrip, Chalet Angelique is one of the most distinctive catered chalets we've come across in Val d'Isère. Set in a beautiful stone building in the peaceful hamlet of La Daille, it feels less like a ski chalet and more like a grand Alpine country house.
Full of character and charm, the chalet combines traditional Savoyard architecture with elegant interiors, creating a warm and welcoming space for groups looking for something a little different. The magnificent living room centres around a huge stone fireplace, with deep sofas, exposed beams and plenty of space to gather together after a day on the mountain. A separate library and TV room offers a quieter retreat, while the grand wooden staircase and thoughtful details throughout give the chalet a unique sense of occasion.
Sleeping up to 12 guests across six ensuite bedrooms, Chalet Angelique offers generous proportions throughout. The impressive master suite occupies the top floor and features a four-poster bed, private lounge area, bath and separate shower, making it one of the most sought-after rooms in the chalet.
Additional facilities include a steam room, gym and several inviting communal spaces designed for relaxing, socialising and making the most of your time together.
Located just a short 2 minute walk from the La Daille gondola and funicular, accessing the slopes couldn't be easier. The free Val d'Isère shuttle bus stops nearby, providing quick connections to the resort centre, while one of the area's most popular restaurants sits just next door. The chalet looks out towards the mountainside behind, where guests are often lucky enough to spot marmots basking in the sunshine towards the end of the ski season.

In our catered chalets, we really do pride ourselves on the quality of our food and catering. We love food. We are all very much foodies here at Buildmyskitrip.com. That is why our entire ethos for the chalets is based upon the idea of a GENEROUS and INDULGENT menu, with freshly prepared, devilishly moreish, great food (and drink of course). Everything is cooked fresh in the chalets every day, by your very own dedicated and friendly chalet team.
To us, it is quite simple. We want our customers to be excited at the thought of coming back to the chalet each day. Eagerly looking forward to a sumptuous, yummy cake by the fire, delectable wine that makes it completely acceptable to drink 7 nights in a row (you are on holiday after all) and most importantly, a mouth-watering, generous and indulgent meal that is hopefully one of those meals where you think “wow, I can’t stop putting this in my mouth”. A GREAT catered chalet is BOTH great accommodation AND great food.
Chalet Angelique enjoys a peaceful setting in La Daille, one of the most convenient areas of Val d'Isère for accessing the slopes. The La Daille gondola and funicular are just a 2-minute walk away, providing some of the quickest access to both the ski area and the famous Folie Douce après-ski venue.
A Spa supermarket, the main bus station and Rosie's après-ski bar are all within a couple of minutes' walk, while the free resort shuttle bus offers regular connections to the centre of Val d'Isère throughout the day. Surrounded by mountains, the chalet enjoys a tranquil Alpine setting, and towards the end of the season guests may even spot marmots on the hillside behind the property.
