Residence Les Balcons de Val Thorens is a large complex of 6 large, wooden chalets that have apartments ranging from 2 - 16 people. The residence offers ski-in, ski-out access for intermediate skiiers (snow level dependant) and beginners can take advantage of the free shuttle.
Guests also have free access to the indoor swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms and fitness room.
Located in a quieter area of the resort, it is just a 500m walk to the centre when you will find a large array of restaurants and bars. The residences are all south facing and offer fantastic views over the valley.
The residence also has two restaurants on-site, L'Auberge des Balcons restaurant and bar and La Cabane restaurant, with pre-bookable packages of half board or evening meals available.

- Room Type 4 - 4-6 Person Apartment - 52m2 - 2 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with spa bath, shower room and separate WC.
- Room Type 5 - 6-8 Person Apartment - 60m2 - 2 Bedrooms + Mezzanine - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed, one double and one twin bedroom, either cabin with bunk beds or mezzanine with twin beds, bathroom with spa bath, shower room and separate WC.
- Room Type 6 - 6-8 Person Apartment - 72m2 - 3 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed, one double and two twin bedrooms, bathroom with spa bath, shower room and two WCs.
- Room Type 7 - 8-10 Person Apartment - 95m2 - 4 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, one double and three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa baths, one shower room and three WCs.
- Room Type 8 - 8-10 Person Superior Apartment - 110m2 - 4 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, four twin bedrooms, four bathrooms with spa baths or shower, and four WCs.
- Room Type 9 - 10-12 Person Apartment - 120m2 - 5 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, five twin bedrooms, four bathrooms with spa baths or shower, and four WCs.
- Room Type 10 - 12-14 Person Apartment - 150m2 - 6 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, two double and four twin bedrooms, one bathroom with spa baths and three shower rooms, and four WCs.
- Room Type 11 - 14-16 Person Apartment - 190m2 - 7 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, seven double or twin bedrooms, seven bathrooms with spa baths and seven WCs.
- Room Type 12 - 16 Person Apartment - 170m2 - 8 Bedrooms - Includes living room with pull-out sofa bed and woodstove, eight double or twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa baths and three shower rooms, and four WCs.
The prices quoted include 7 nights accommodation.
All of our holidays can be tailored exactly to you. You can also add flights, transfers, ski hire, lessons and if required, even remove the ski pass from the price.
